Jade Gunpowder Green Tea
These jade green leaves might look a bit pebbly at first, but once you steep them, they turn into a lovely greenish brew with touches of light brown and a fresh, grassy scent. The tea itself has a bright yellow color that looks clean and surprisingly light. Its lively flavour comes with a light piquancy, something typical of Ceylon Green Teas. Finally, a hint of citrus makes the finish really refreshing and adds a lovely twist to this green tea's character.
How to make a perfect brew
- Bring water to a boil
- Let water cool to between 70-80°C
- Use 220 ml water per 2.5 grams tea
- Steep for 2-3 minutes, and enjoy your tea
