How to make a perfect brew
- Bring water to a boil
- Let water cool to between 70-80°C
- Use 220 ml water per 6 grams tea
- Steep for 3-5 minutes, and enjoy your tea

The used tea will be green waste, and any paper packaging will be brown waste. Use them both to build your compost, following the rule of thumb of two parts brown waste to one part green waste. Keep the tea stored in the steel box, kept in a cool dark place. It is important when storing it to keep it away from warmth. If storing in the refrigerator/ freezer, pack in small completely airtight packets or jars. Before use, wait for it to reach room temperature to prevent any condensation. Each packet should be used within a week after opening.
