Best Darjeeling tasting

Single Estate Darjeeling black tea is a true delicacy and deserves to be enjoyed in the best possible way. To fully appreciate the complex flavours and aromas of this exquisite tea, it is best to drink it straight, without any additions. However, if you like your tea sweetened, a little bit of honey and a splash of lemon juice can enhance its taste without overpowering it. This tea is perfect to enjoy throughout the day, whether you prefer to sip it in the morning or as an afternoon tea. It also pairs beautifully with a light sandwich, black truffle pasta or truffle mushroom paste on toast, or a slice of light cake or white chocolate. For a more substantial meal, Single Estate Darjeeling black tea can be enjoyed with dishes like duck or beef sausage. And if you're a cheese lover, you'll be pleased to know that this tea goes particularly well with Brie de Meaux, Tamie, and goat cheese Gouda style. So sit back, relax, and savour the moment with a cup of Single Estate Darjeeling black tea and your favourite pairing.

Storage advice

Keep the tea stored in its steel box, in a cool dark place. It is important, when storing, to keep it away from sources of heat. If storing in the refrigerator or freezer, pack in small, completely airtight packets or jars. Before use, wait for it to reach room temperature in order to prevent any condensation. Each defrosted packet should be used within a week after opening.
