White tea, the least precessed kind of tea, is only brewed from Silver Tips. Silver Tips are silky to the touch and yield a pale infusion with yellow undertones - very delicate and subtle in flavour. A rare and superb treat!

How to make a perfect brew

  1. Bring water to a boil
  2. Let water cool to between 70-80°C
  3. Use 220 ml water per tea bag
  4. Steep for 2-3 minutes, and enjoy your tea

Storage advice

Keep the tea stored in a cool, dark place. It is important when storing it to keep it away from warmth. If storing in the refrigerator/ freezer, pack in small completely airtight packets or jars. Before use, wait for it to reach room temperature to prevent any condensation. Each defrosted packet should be used within a week after opening.
